Kaigan Brewery came to life from a typical japanese kominka that was once built in 1898. 
Located in the Minamiboso area of Chiba prefecture, the brewery stands a few hundreds meters away from the ocean, surrounded by rice fileds and bamboo forests.
After being renovated in 2021, the kura adjacent to the main house is now housing the brewery equipment and all necessary ingredients for our brews.
海岸醸造所は、明治31年（1898年）築の趣ある日本の古民家を再生して生まれました。千葉県の南房総に蔵を構え、海まではわずか数百メートル。周囲はのどかな田園風景と美しい竹林に囲まれています。母屋に隣接する蔵は2021年に醸造施設として改装され、ここで私たちのビールのための設備と厳選された原材料が大切に管理されています。
